Bottleworks District Announces New Tenants

Stretch Lab, First American Title, and FORVIS to join the district lineup

INDIANAPOLIS - Bottleworks District announces the newest additions to its growing tenant lineup, StretchLab, First American Title Insurance Company and national CPA and advisory firm, FORVIS (formally BKD). This latest round of tenants will bring hundreds of new employees to the vibrant Bottleworks District.

One-on-one assisted stretch studio, StretchLab, will join Living Room Theaters and YogaSix in the building off E. 9th Street in Bottleworks District. StretchLab offers stretching services that include one-on-one and group stretches with trained Flexologists who guide clients through a series of movements that can decrease muscle and joint pain, improve posture and increase range of motion and flexibility. Construction on the nearly 2,000 square-foot space will be completed by the 2022 holiday season.

First American Title will occupy 4,920 square feet of office space in the northeast corner of the Bottleworks Hotel Building off Bellefontaine Street. First American Title offers comprehensive title insurance and professional settlement services that enable the efficient transfer of real estate across Marion County and beyond. The title agency will open its Bottleworks location in the first quarter of 2023.

FORVIS will join Lumina Foundation and Insight Global as tenants in the Phase II building currently under construction at the corner of Massachusetts and College Avenue. The accountancy and advisory firm will occupy a total of 47,810 square feet and span two floors. FORVIS offers comprehensive assurance, tax, advisory and wealth management services. With FORVIS, the office space in this building is now over 91% committed.

Bottleworks District Phase II offers additional buildings with ground floor retail, upper floor office space and access to the new integrated parking garage, all available for lease.

“We’re excited to continue to see the strong interest businesses are having in the office spaces throughout Bottleworks District,” said Gavin Thomas, Vice President of Development for Hendricks Commercial Properties. “These new leases will bring hundreds of new employees to Bottleworks and will have a major impact in our ability to attract additional retail and services to the District and surrounding neighborhoods.”
