INDIANAPOLIS, IN (December 14, 2022) -- Bottleworks District earned top honors at the 2022 International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Global Design & Development Awards, including recognition as Best of the Best, the top award for all projects submitted globally. The district was also recognized as a Gold Winner of Renovation and Expansions of Mixed Use Projects with a sustainable commendation. Bottleworks District accepted the awards at the CENTERBUILD Conference in Phoenix on December 1.
ICSC is a leading advocacy organization that promotes and elevates the marketplaces and spaces where people shop, dine, work, play and gather as foundational and vital ingredients of communities and economies. The organization’s Global Design & Development Awards was created to recognize and honor the premier design and development trends of retail and real estate internationally.
