Indianapolis, IN – [September 4, 2024] – Bottleworks District, the historic $300+ million mixed-use development in downtown Indianapolis, proudly announces Indianapolis-based Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU) as the newest anchor tenant for Phase II of the Bottleworks District development.
The new IMCU headquarters will be located at Building 9-12 on North College Ave., and will occupy approximately 74,000 square feet, roughly 85% of the total available office space for this phase of the development.
