Clancy’s Hospitality welcomes second eatery inside the Bottleworks District
INDIANAPOLIS (July 22, 2022) – Bottleworks District is pleased to announce its newest addition, The Fountain Room, which will open July 25th across from Bottleworks Hotel at the corner of Mass Ave. and Carrollton Ave. The modern supper club is the latest concept from Indiana hospitality group, Clancy’s Inc., embracing traditional supper club flair while blending fine dining with unabashed fun.
Serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch beginning this fall, the 160-seat restaurant will wow guests with its classic supper club-inspired menu features like certified angus steaks, prime rib of beef, shrimp cocktail, and beer battered fish and chips.
“We can’t wait to introduce a new full-service restaurant to the Mass Ave. neighborhood,” said Perry Fogelsong, President & CEO of Clancy’s Inc. “The Bottleworks District is a historic project unlike anything else and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome guests into our second concept at the district that brings the traditional supper club vibe to downtown Indy.”
The Fountain Room’s name is a nod to the history of the Bottleworks District and the Lab Room where Coca-Cola products were concocted in the 1930’s.
The Fountain Room will be Clancy’s Inc.’s second restaurant within Bottleworks District, following the ultra popular Clancy’s Hamburgers, located inside The Garage Food Hall. Clancy’s Inc. also owns Michelangelo’s Italian Bistro and Grindstone Public House, both located in Noblesville as well as the Indianapolis and Kokomo locations of Grindstone Charley’s and Grindstone on the Monon in Westfield.
“Clancy’s Inc. has created a name for itself throughout Indiana through its impeccable service and delectable cuisines,” said Gavin Thomas, vice president of development for Hendricks Commercial Properties. “Clancy’s Hamburgers has been incredibly successful inside The Garage Food Hall and we feel The Fountain Room will follow in its footsteps and contribute to the district’s reputation of being a dining destination in downtown Indianapolis.”
